The Health1st Foundation provides resources to support
innovative programs which enhance the health and wellness of Georgians.
Who we are
We pursue our mission by building community capacity.
We support projects and non-profits which exhibit strong leadership and a diverse community network. Through partnerships, the Foundation helps expand the reach of successful programs and enables nonprofits to meet ever increasing community needs.
To be considered, nonprofit programs cannot rely solely on Health 1st funding, however, and must demonstrate a sustainable plan. Grant awards are typically made to eligible organizations located in and serving the metro Atlanta area.

Health 1st grants are awarded to encourage the identification, development and operation of projects in three focus areas:

Who is Eligible?
Organizations are identified and invited to apply for grant awards on an annual basis. The Health 1st Foundation, Inc. does not accept or consider unsolicited proposals. Consider applying if you fit the following criteria:
- Is a 501(c)(3) public charity
- Aligns with the Health 1st program interests
- Is located or operating in Georgia
